Regular meetings: weekly, with focused agenda distributed beforehand, and minutes of the meetings distributed afterwards.

Minutes distributed to GSIM, offline, and CALCOM mailing lists.

Focus intensively on highest priority items.

Provide help/support for people without much experience with GSIM.

Cooperate and coordinate with people working on existing projects as much as possible.

First focus: to be able to generate acceptances for e+h reactions:

Get GSIM to be compatible with time-based tracking in Recsis

Speed up the code enough to produce sufficient statistics (to be defined more precisely, but of order 10 to 100 times faster).

Precise list of participants will vary with time; aim to have at least 33% of time devoted to this project by all participants, except in special cases. Present list of interested participants, and estimated percentage of time available:
