Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
The Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Department, a part of ESH&Q Division, is JLab's key interface with DOE and other regulators on the environment; health and safety; self-assessment and quality assurance.
Responsibilities include EH&S reporting; maintenance of the Self-Assessment Program, Quality Assurance, and Integrated Safety Management System Plans; performing independent assessments; working with DOE and other DOE Laboratories to improve the DOE laboratory system; and providing training and assistance to JLab staff in these areas.
