Welcome to the JLab Travel Reservation System
To enable JLab to keep the travel lanes flowing measures can be taken by the travel arranger, traveler, or CI Travel.
Whenever CI Travel recognizes a slow down or crash of their computer or phone system they will contact Travel Services as soon as the situation is detected so,
1) An alert can be posted on the travel web site (NEWS section) of delayed response time.
2) Email can be sent to everyone that subscribes to JLab Travel News Updates (go to the News tab on the Travel web site to subscribe).
If you make a reservation using Trip Manager, email or telephone and have not received any response from CI Travel within the 4 business-hour window allowed in our agreement you should:
1) Call Lisa at her JLab extension (7269)
2) Contact Travel Services so we can investigate further (Carol @ 7519, Gloria @ 7437, or Keona @ 7192)
3) Call CI Travel at their main phone number (461-0022)
