You are cordially invited to the City of Newport News' ARC Dedication
Ceremony and Open House Tour on Monday, May 4, 1998. The Honorable
James S. Gilmore, III, Governor of Virginia, will be the guest speaker.
The ceremony runs from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. Cake and punch served at
11:30 a.m. in the CC Atrium. Lunch is on your own. The ARC Open House
begins at 12:30 p.m.
