I understand right I must change /tftpboot/Xncdxpl (or Xncd17c ).
However I don't know what to change it. Could you please to explain
these things in details step by step.

I did command da and I got list of definitions, including and
IP address
I tried to change these definitions by the command up,

up Xncd17c 132.64.178.2 132.64.178.45 132.64.178.1

but I got

TFTP error file not found
I understand it as sign, that X term can not manage to read Xncdxpl boot
file. However after it I did the command da again and I got new
definitions, including new IP address new boot server and so on. I did
the command rs and I got old IP address on screen. What I do wrong.
