NCD-USERS: Logout Timeout Setting?

On some of our systems, we are getting the XDM Logout popup window
displayed sometimes. This is the window that says Logout in the
title and the text says:

TCP login manager on <host-name> not responding.
There are <#> local and <#> remote applications
running. Shutdown windows and logout?

Yes Show No

The "NCDware System Administrator's Guide for Unix
Systems", rev A, July 1995, gives a list of possible
causes on page 16-15.

We have told our users to always click no and then the
NCD Xt comes alive again.

Q1: Is there a timeout setting to prevent this message?

Q2: What is the default setting?

Thanks, Kerry
