I have had a couple of problems with the batch farm lately.
When I submit a job it seems that it is in the queue with pending status
for hours even though there are only a couple of Sun processes running.
In the script file I have commands to copy back the files generated during
analysis and this has always worked before. But today I got error massages
saying that these files are not there. When I tried the analysis routines
interactively, these files are generated in the working directory as
usuall. Do you know what could have caused this?
