View Farm Status

Hi,
up to a few days ago I was able to access the Farm Status page from
my home institution in Italy using jlabh3 as a proxy and port 8870.
Now the connection is refused and I cannot access the page directly
over the Internet. Do I have to change server to use as proxy or do I
have to change port number ?
