I still need the names of the "novice" shift assignments from
several institutions: JLab(!), RPI, W&M, ITEP, GWU, CMU, FSU, Rice,
USC (partially received (Djalali)), Yerevan, CNU.
It is impossible to plan the detector, online, and offline assignments
if these names are not available.
