Some people brought to my attention that their assigned novices shift
hours do not agree with the shift schedule I sent out yesterday.
In fact there is a discrepancy between the shift schedule by
institution and the schedule by date that is posted on the web.
Not knowing this I have used the 'schedule by date' version.
In order not to increase the confusion I suggest we keep the shift
schedule by date. The midnight to 8am shift assigment dates are also
misleading, as the date of the previous day is given. For example,
shift Friday 00:00-08:00 really means Saturday(morning) 00:00-08:00.
I have taken this into account in the schedule that is available on
the CALCOM page as a postscript file.
