Last week, I announced a mechanism by which we can review
a few proposals for CLAS approval in time for submission to
the July, 1998 PAC. Here are the dates again.

April 22 Proposal outlines due to dytman+@pitt.edu
Coord Comm will choose proposals to review

May 6 Prototype proposals due to appropriate coordinator,
Dennis, Weinstein, or Ritchie. Coordinator will
choose a small review committee.
A list of all proposals under review will be sent
to all CLAS members and all will be able to get a
copy of prototype proposal if so desired. All
written opinions on the proposal will be welcomed.
Coord Comm will make final decision.

June 4 Proposals due at Jlab.

So far, I have no submissions. If we are not done in by the lab again,
we should have normal proposal review at next collab mtg (Sept?).
