emergency shifts for extended e1 run

First I'd like to thank all collaborators that took the time to volunteer
for shifts. 28 out of 36 shifts have been filled already!!!

At this point we desparately need EXPERTS on the OWL shifts...if there
are any EXPERTS resident at JLAB or visited during this run, please
sign up for shifts.

I have also created a new shift "NOVICE2" which is offset from the nominal
schedule by 4 hours. If you would like to take one of these shifts
please sign up.

To volunteer, simply fill out the form at the bottom of the following page:

I'd like to have ALL shifts personned, but it is MANDATORY that there
be at least TWO people on shift with one qualifying as an expert...

If we don't have enough volunteers, we'll have to resort to.......
