Hall B collaborator,

I'd like to commend Mark on organizing the "push" method of
distributing CLAS notes. Hopefully this will encourage people to
write more notes and write better notes.

I'd like to remind offsite institutions that receive these CLAS notes
that these notes ARE NOT PREPRINTS and should not be displayed/kept
with the public preprints. CLAS notes are meant as internal CLAS
documents and should be read by (available to) CLAS members/students/technical
staff ONLY.
