There will be three opportunities to complete the safety walkthrough
during the CLAS collaboration meeting. The safety walkthrough is a
mandatory training for anyone entering Hall B (except with a trained
escort) as of the beginning of physics running in 1997.
The schedule for these is:
Thursday, 8 January - 4:30 pm
Friday, 9 January - 5:30 pm
Saturday, 10 January - 3:30 pm
PLEASE let me know if you are coming to any of these, so we can plan
to have enough tour guides on hand. Groups larger than 10 per tour guide
are nearly unmanageable. The tour takes 60-90 minutes, depending on
group size.
