This site also provides links to current membership lists and other
information related to the collaboration.
The complete text of the proposed Charter amendments related
to publication policy, which are subject to final approval at the
Jan'98 meeting, may be found as the final pages in the "By-laws"
document on this web site. This document also includes the full
report of the Publications Review Committee, and a record of related
actions that were already taken at the September meeting.
Full Members who plan to attend may, of course, vote in person
during the Saturday Business Meeting. Full members wishing to cast
e-mail ballots for or against the entire package of proposed amendments
may do so by transmitting your ballot to the Chapter Archivist,
Jim O'Brien -- obrienj@cua.edu.
The deadline for submission of ballots will be January 17, 1998.
