Information about the GEANT Monte Carlo program written
by Peter Gumplinger for the Kl --> Pi0 nu nubar simulations:
Telnet or ftp to sitka.triumf.ca - account name klong

This software has been tested on SGI IRIX 5.3 and Alpha DIGITAL Unix
The files start from ~klong/mc and are :
~klong/mc/bin:
_____________
kl_batch - image for batch version
kl_inter - image for interactive version
~klong/mc/source :
________________
Makefile - usual stuff
and
*.f and *.inc - sources
~klong/mc/geant321 :
___________________
*.inc from the geant321 distribution
~klong/mc/run :
_____________
Both kl_batch and kl_inter will want to read the input cards
from the file defined in environment variable FFCARD
So you can either do the commands
setenv FFCARD my_file.ffcards
../bin/kl_batch
or use the script kl_fast.com ; for example do
kl_fast.com aaa >& kl_aaa.log & where aaa = run#
kl.ffcards : sample input cards , includes
documentation on how to change the dimensions.
kl_geant1.hbook - hbook histo's where "1" will be the run number
selected in the ffcards
~klong/mc/paw :
______________
Paw macros and examples :
example.kumac : how to get a crude angular resolution plot using
a routine in vertex.f
~klong/mc/anal :
______________
ntskim : Sample program to analyze the ntuples directly from a
Fortran program .
run_ntskim : the script to setup environment variables and run ntskim
user_hinit.f and user_info.f : the two users routines that you
should taylor to do your reconstruction, hbook histos, etc
Makefile : To make the ntskim image
Some data runs :
