I suggest to include also in the discussion what analyses flow we
are going to use in EC.
As you all know right now we have two type of analyses EC data in RECSIS.
Two BOS banks closely related with these analyses:
ECRB - anal_opt=1
ECHB - anal_opt=2
In order to chose from one of the existing banks or create another
(final) one we should get read of duality in the analyses also.
