Dear EG1 collaborators,

The overwhelming majority of those of you who "voted" (9 people) preferred
Friday, April 24 for our next collaboration meeting. Since mornings
are typically full with meetings, I believe we should start at 1:00 p.m.
A rough estimate tells me that we should plan for about 6 hours total
(including coffee break), so tentatively we could meet from 1 to 7 p.m.
If you prefer, we could also try and continue on Saturday (in favor of a
shorter meeting on Friday); however, this would have to be coordinated
with Ralph Minehart who is organizing the N* meeting on Saturday. Let me
know your preferences.

I believe our meeting should focus on the following issues:
1) Moeller: We will have plenty of news due to the recent commissioning
run and experience with g1. Hopefully, we can get a status report
and an estimate for the expected accuracy.
2) Target: We should concentrate on the experience with the acceptance
tests and the work needed in the future, while keeping talks on
plumbing and windows to a minimum.
3) We should have an overview of the beam line with all special
elements and operating procedures. Also, we need to have an update
on installation plans.
4) Everybody who has done work on simulation and/or analysis of E1
inclusive data should make a presentation.
5) We need to discuss data acquisition (with special attention to
helicity correlation) and online software (and trigger).

Some people have already volunteered to give talks, and others will
have no choice (just kidding). But if you feel you can contribute to any
one of these topics, please let me know soon so I can flesh out the agenda.
Also, I would still appreciate a "head count" for the meeting, so I know
how large a room we need. So please drop me a line stating if you plan
to attend (even if you are not 100% sure yet) and if you plan to give
a presentation.

Greetings -
