Hello everybody,

Here is some news:

1. I wrote a simple program to adjust the HV for TOF counters using cosmic rays
or beam data. It's usefull for Large-angle counters ( for we do not have
the laser data right now).
The program cocated in CLAS10,
directory: elton/gain
executable file: gain_match
You will be asked:
- to enter the PMT ID ( "sec6-34L" for example );
- current HV in Volts ( "-1850" for example );
- to enter the position of the MIP peak in cannels ("650" for example);

And you will see on the screen the new HV ( corresponding to 600 channels for
MIP peak). For the moment you have to update it manually for we do not have
the final configuration of epics control. The history of the HV updating you
may find in the file: elton/gain/gain_match.history.

At the end of hte proigram you'll be asked if you want to continue: type "Y"
if you want to continue and "N" if you don't ( the case doesn't matter ).

2. I'm creating the TOF Web home page. The main structure is ready. If you'd
