Particle ID using momentum and timing

Hi Simon,

Here are the constants used in my program for particle Id using momentum/timing.
The first set are per paddle (1 - 48) per sector (1 to 6).
and second set from sector to sector.

These are the best constants up to know. They can of course be improved,
specially for the large angle for which the rf calibration was used only
indirectly.

******************************************************************
NOTE:
These are determined based on the old TDC calibration and time walk
corrections, and therefore are not consistent with the present
map values!
********************************************************************

You can make use of them or put them into the map. If you put them
into the map, please send e-mail to clas_offline.

Thank you,

Latifa
