Modifications to Mike's program

I have modified Mike Klusman's fortran program to add more histograms. His
old programs is renamed histo_scl.F ==> histo_scl_MK.F. The new program just adds
histograms, so should work the same as the other one. It probably needs a few more
mods before it is complete and accurately labeled. (See additions to directions.txt)
