Last Friday Mark and Dennis discovered that there are TWO versions
of the include file: bcs.inc in the tree. One is found in
include/bcs.inc and the other is found in bosio/bcs.inc. Under no
circumstances should there be two include files with the same name.
Unfortunately Mark and I implemented two fixes to the same problem.
Mark blew away bosio/bcs.inc so that include/bcs.inc would not
be overridin by bosio/bcs.inc. I altered the Makefile so that
it would NOT search in parallel directories for include files.
Regardless of the Makefile system, we should not have duplicate names
for include and header files. Bosio needs to work with
include/bcs.inc or the name of the include needs to be changed.
