One thing I forgot to mention in my last post is that the
counter-to-counter parameters presently in the map have not been updated
to reflect the change in the TDC calibration values. Since these numbers
will quickly become obsolete once we put in the correct values based on
the rf and other analyses, I don't see a compelling reason to change these
values at this stage. The difference in the calibration is about 7%.

Finally, I would like to apologize for my previous unprofessional (and
demonstrably false...) comments...
