There was a typo in the dc/dc_geom.c file, that was causing some bad
geometry to be generated when geometrical rotation corrections were
applied to the Drift Chambers. It has been fixed, and tests show a marked
improvement. Please update your dc package (update -A to make sure to
override any sticky tags you have set).

This is also set up to handle the newly revised rotation convention, which
puts our rotations in a right-handed coordinate system, and matches the
new Map entries for the Drift Chambers.
