Prior to today I could run GSIM files throught recsis and
get hit based tracking. With the lastest build there are
numerous bugs during startup:

1) can't read "rchar_control(prlink_file_name,1)": no such element in array

SDA_DINIT E: no PRLINK-File found -> Program stops!!
RECMES E: Calling RERROR to execute ERROR sequence
SDA_DINIT I: /fs17/users/clas/parms/unknown
