I just checked in a new copy of clas_step.c. This supercedes the
clas_step.F, please make sure that cvs deleted it when you update.
This new version fixed the following problems:
1) LAC BOS banks "EC1" are restored.
2) Decay products are ALWAYS kept irregardles of the NOSEC switch.
3) Tracks stop right outside of the EC, no stepping in empty space.
4) Track Debugger added.
