I've ntupled about 100K events as a check. From
other studies I've determined that the SC TOF values
are not right for panels 2,3,4 and that this can screw
up TBT if SEB passes a tzero to the TBT code from a particle
going into panels 2,3,4. This does not happen very often
for CELEG files since there is usually a fast particle going
into panel 1, but for test runs where you throw only 1 particle
TBT throws away particles landing in those panels.
Also we should think about whether we really want to keep
prescaling q**2. Let's look at the statistics we get in
this run at small angles.
