The even more curious thing is that CELEG *does* crap out on my Linux box
using the standard clasbanks.ddl file. Any clue ?
I checked against the calls made in recsis, which does not crap out, and
found that the calling sequence seems very much the same. Emphasis on seems.
I have not had a chance to really put the new SC code through it's pases. In
part I because I wasn't here all last week and in part because I'm somewhat
CPU challenged. I will look at details tomorrow.
The "fix" that Burin put in the sc digitization was to basically ignore any
calibrations and any start time. My guess is that I will have to fix that,
and make it consistend with the code that attempts to get the "event start
time" for the clas. This is the very first call in the clas_digi code,
called clas_trig.
I'm sorry for checking in code that is not 100% debugged and tested, butI
figured this woud be better than the old code which we knew was broken. If
you find out any more details about why TBT fails for panels 2,3,4, this
could be very helpful in fixing the problem.
Best regards,
Maurik
