Hi Will,
Of the first 10 celeg files you made for MIT, five went into endless loops
on the alpha cluster. I am copying the output files and log files for the
other five to /net/fs1/home/esc/gsim/mc_outputfiles/mit right now.
I am trying running one of the files that hung up on abacus on linux now -
it got past the point where it hung on the alpha (same random seeds, I had
repeated running it on the alpha and it hung in the same place). This endless
looping is a rather serious problem since I share the cluster with a lot of
other people. If I can't find the problem (likely), I am going to have to come
up with some sort of automatic monitoring/killing script. It also cuts down
the efficiency a lot.
