I noticed that someone left out BOS garbage collection
when bos_out.F was transcribed into c in gsim_bos.c. I
added a call to cleanBanks (a c_bos_io routine) which calls
bgarb. This fixed the problem I was having on Linux of
GSIM quitting after 2500 events or so after exhausting the
bcs common.

I just checked in this fix.
