The short answer: there's nothing "wrong" with the MCTK bank.
This all came about when we started planning to have GSIM re-analyze
data that had been through RECSIS, as part of a consistency check.
Since it didn't make (largely) pedagogical sense to have RECSIS produce
the MCTK and MCVX bank, the PART bank was born. Having celeg produce
the PART bank is just another step in the same process.
I have no intention of removing the MCTK bank from celeg. I am only
producing the PART bank to make it easier for the people doing this
study.
