If you look in the code you will find that 'NOSEC' is a parameter that is
used in the "clas_step.F" routine. If set, it will prevent a call to the
GEANT routine gsking(0). This routine STORES THE SECONDARY TRACKS for
further processing.
I.E. All processes that cause secondaries such as bremstrahlung, pair
production etc, still cause their usual effect on the particle. The
difference is that the secondaries that would normally be produced during
these processes don't get tracked.
