I undid the the rotations between the Bogdan's DCS and the CLAS Coordinate
System in the TBTR and HBTR bank filling routines which I believe are not
necessary. I have committed the changes and did not change anything else.
However, I don't think the rotation between DCS and SCS is done correctly
if carried out by sda_rotds.F. The direction cosines are rotated by a
number of 30 degrees and one 90 degrees which ought to be right. The
positions are rotated by two 90 degrees which is not consistent with the
rotations to the direction vector.
In the TRKL bank filling routine, the Bogdan's SCS is rotated such that
the z axis is along the beam line. So no more rotation for the z axis is
necessary for those in the TRKL bank to the CLAS CS (z=beam line and y=up).
It looks to me that the back_2_CLAS.f routine in the seb package assumes
that the SCS for TRKL bank is the Bogdan's SCS.
It would help if somebody could double check all of these and make necessary
changes if necessary.
