rntup update

Dear All,
I have placed updated copies of rdump and rntup in the ~dc/raw subdir.
The following changes have been made:

1)events with bad headers are ignored in both rntup and rdump

a bad fastbus block read sends a header with error bits set which
decode to slot 31 with 941 counts (no actual data is sent). This word is
now ignored in both programs.

Incidentally, this also need to be taken care of in the secondary ROL and
could be the cause of some "bad data"

2)ntuple 777 now contains 2 tdcs and 2 diffs in order to handle all demux
cases
the convention is (even for 2 edge events)
1st tdc and diff hold short pulse info
2nd tdc and diff hold long pulse info

remember there is a file raw.doc in the ~dc/raw directory which describes
how to run these programs (now outdated, but still usefull).

Please send comments and suggestions to me by email.

Regards,
Dave
