I already thought of 2 items (oops, 3 or 4) I should have included
on the tentative agenda.

High voltage. How do set channel distributions for CAEN supplies?
I hear there will be fewer channels. That is fairly upsetting.
What is time schedule for delivery?

Gas. I hear there is a movement for abandoning flammable
gas for safety reasons. This is also upsetting because we
have done lots of tests with Ar-Eth and we already have
more than enough to do. If we change, we all need to have
input.

Slow controls. I include this largely because I know almost
nothing about them. How does the right knowledge get disseminated
to people? Maybe we shouldn't worry about it?

Expert/novice shift responsibilities. What knowledge is needed
to be expert shift person? How do they get it? Do we need DC
experts on call? I'm pretty sure we do. How do we identify
them, train them? Jim Mueller suggests a pager that gets passed
around.
