a. Rob has changed the dc_nominial_geom.c in cvs to place the R2 wires
at the actual positions. Stepan will find out soon what changes it will
make to the elastic spectra.
b. I will start reorganizing the dc/ code relevant to XVST. Rustam and I
are working on the
determining t0 from TDC spectra for 6x6 superlayers;
parameterizing the x(t) function including a B dependence;
studying the time walk vs beta;
parameterizing the sigma(t) function.
We will report our progress as we go.
