Franz and I are trying to arrange a dc/trk meeting discussing TBT related
issues. I would like to propose Wendesday, 4/8/98, 10:00am.
A tenative list of agenda is:

status of t0 and x(t) calibration --Liming
status of geometry calibration --?
region 2 wire position --Rustam
codes in the dc/ package --Liming
codes in the trk/ package --Franz and Jim
