The following constitutes the checklist which should be followed prior to any photon runs, in order to insure that the entire tagger system is operational. It has been divided into three sections which correspond to the individual elements of the detector.

I) The T-Counter Plane:

1. Test of raw signals at patch panel
2. Test of discriminated signals at output of CFDs
3. Test of coincidence levels and output of coincidence units
4. Test of Master OR as a function of each T-counter
5. Test of T-counters signals at TDCs
6. Test of T-counters signals at scalers
